Maja Trittel W15 in toller Form<\/strong><\/div>
Speer fliegt 39,87m weit – 2 Vereinsrekorde<\/div>
Eine Woche vor dem Werfertag in G\u00f6ttingen musste Maja krankheitsbedingt die Nordhessischen Wurfmeisterschaften absagen, doch in G\u00f6ttingen setzte sie ein sportliches Ausrufezeichen. Bei nicht optimalen Bedingungen verbesserte die hessische<\/div>
Winterwurfmeisterin dieses Jahres ihre Bestleistung um 3,26m auf phantastischer 39,87m. Damit ist sie zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt drittbeste Deutsche, 40cm hinter der F\u00fchrenden. Mit diesem Wurf verbesserte Maja den Vereinsrekord mit dem 500g-Speerwurf. Den bisherigen Rekord stellte Sandra Magdanz vor 32Jahren mit 36,78m auf, allerdings mit dem 600g Speer. Damals war man in der Klasse W15 bereits B-Jugendliche, und es gab noch keine 500g Speere (die erst ab 2000).<\/div>
Auch beim Diskuswurf flutschte es mit einer Steigerung auf 31,02m. Damit verbesserte Maja ihren eigenen Vereinsrekord knapp. Sieg Nr. 3 beim Kugelsto\u00dfen mit 9,77m. Nach zweimaligem Training ein zweiter Wettkampfversuch im Hammerwurf, 23,50m sind nat\u00fcrlich noch sehr ausbauf\u00e4hig – zudem fehlte nach mehreren Stunden Kraft und Konzentration.<\/div>

pr\u00e4sentierte sich in G\u00f6ttingen in prima Verfassung und siegte in drei Disziplinen mit starken Leistungen. Der Hammer flog 41,33m weit, der Diskus 30,21m und die Kugel 10,82m. In der Deutschen Bestenliste liegt sie zur Zeit damit auf den Pl\u00e4tzen 3 -3 – 5. ist wie Carmen in der DLV-Spitze integriert. Im Speerwurf und im Hammerwurf f\u00fchrt sie die deutsche Bestenliste an. Mit 26,98 m beim Speerwurf und 37,58m mit dem Hammer war Karin nicht so recht zufrieden, obwohl bisher keine Deutsche weiter geworfen hat. Auch im Diskuswurf siegte Karin mit 23,50m, obwohl sie in diesem Jahr bereits \u00fcber einen Meter weiter geworfen hat.<\/div>

ist noch noch fit wie ein Turnschuh. Nachdem er den Speer 26.16m schleuderte, folgten 25,47 mit dem Diskus, 9,21 mit der Kugel und 26,48m mit dem Hammer. Er wurde Dreifachsieger, nur im Kugelsto\u00dfen musste er sich hauchd\u00fcnn als Zweiter geschlagen geben. Mit 25,96 (Diskus) ist Gerhard auf Platz 3 der deutschen Bestenliste zu finden, im Hammer- und Speerwurf unter den Top ten.<\/div>

ist als aktive Leichtathletin auch Trainerin unserer Kids.<\/div>
Beim Speerwurf klappte es zuerst \u00fcberhaupt nicht.Der Anlauf machte Schwierigkeiten und sie traf den Speer nicht. Dann doch noch 30,16m, mit denen sie als Siegerin doch noch zufrieden war – obwohl sie weiter werfen kann. 9,13m mit der Kugel reichten ebenso zum Tagessieg. konnte mit ihren Leistungen in G\u00f6ttingen zufrieden sein, zumal ihre eigentlichen St\u00e4rken neben der Vielseitigkeit Sprints, H\u00fcrden und Weitsprung sind. Sie stie\u00df die Kugel mit 9,15m in die N\u00e4he ihrer Bestleistung, der Diskus flog 20,12m weit. Pers. Bestleistungen dann mit dem Speer und Hammer mit 25,07m bzw. 19,39m. Das war sehr erfreulich und lag in der Luft. Den Hammerwurf hatte Dana nur einmal trainiert, es war ihr zweiter Wettkampf. haderte beim G\u00f6ttinger Fr\u00fchlings-Werfertag etwas mit dem stumpfen Hammerwurfring. Als Sieger schleuderte er das Ger\u00e4t gute 52,08m, das diesj\u00e4hrige Ziel des Lehramtsstudenten sind 58m. Dr\u00fccken wir ihm die Daumen.
